Paul Fredrick Baatrup was formally charged May 10 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.

Skyler Robert Cole was formally charged May 10 with domestic battery.

Chance Neil Brooks was formally charged May 13 with aggravated endangerment of a child, unlawful use of a driver’s license, and transporting an open container of alcohol. In a separate case filed the same day, Brooks was formally charged with theft.

Leroy Ramirez was charged May 16 with two counts of child abuse.

Billie Jim Smith pleaded no contest May 1 to criminal trespass. He was sentenced to a year’s probation. In a separate case, he pleaded no contest to interference with law enforcement and was sentenced to a year’s probation. He was ordered to pay $658 court costs, probation fee, fines, restitution, and attorney fees.

Cameron Mitchell Finnesy was sentenced May 6 to undergo drug treatment and serve a year’s probation, and pay $858 court costs.

Franklin Davis pleaded no contest April 9 to possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Gary Bradfield pleaded no contest April 9 to domestic battery.

Richard L. Siems pleaded guilty March 29 to failure to yield.

Joseph E. Prah was found guilty March 20 of speeding 84 mph in a 65 mph zone and ordered to pay $108 court costs. The fine was waived.

Cameron Mitchell Finnesy was sentenced May 6 to drug treatment and a year’s community corrections for possession of methamphetamine. He was ordered to pay $858 court costs and fees.
