Richard T. Litton was charged Nov. 8 with criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

Zachary T. Nickel was charged Nov. 7 with battery against a school employee. In a separate case, Nickel was charged with two counts of indecent liberties with a child and one count of solicitation of indecent liberties with a child.

Jessica M. Smith was formally charged Nov. 5 with possession of methamphetamine, Darvocet, and drug paraphernalia.

Sharla M. Miller was sentenced Oct. 2 to six months’ probation for disorderly conduct.
