A bench warrant was issued Nov. 19 for Ashley N. Campbell after she failed to appear in court on charges of criminal damage to property and domestic battery.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 19 for Toby L. Jones after he failed to appear in court on charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct.

Dustin Burnett was sentenced Sept. 23 to a year’s probation for possession of stolen property.

David M. August was sentenced Sept. 23 to 30 days in jail for disorderly conduct and assault.

David R. Roberts was convicted Nov. 4 of trespassing on railroad property and sentenced to 12 months’ probation.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 4 for Kimberlie Damron after she failed to appear in court on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute.

A charge of battery earlier filed against Charles R. Shelton was dismissed Nov. 7.

Floyd H. Strawhacker Jr. was ordered Oct. 8 to pay Blaine Gehrke $1,620.

A bench warrant was issued Oct. 27 for Jade Sterk, who failed to appear in court eight counts of criminal damage to property.

Ricky D. LeShure was sentenced Oct. 16 to three days in jail and a year’s probation for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.
