DIVISION CASES

Joseph A. Biehler was formally charged Dec. 11 with criminal possession of a firearm, interference with law enforcement, and possession of a stolen firearm.

Kyle D. Bowen had his probation for driving under the influence revoked Nov. 25 and was ordered to serve two days in jail, and then resume probation.

Eddie A. Eaves was formally charged Dec. 11 with aggravated endangering a child, interference with law enforcement, driving under the influence, driving in the left lane in a no-passing zone, failure to stop at a stop sign, and improper movements and required signal.

Brenda S. Phillips was formally charged Dec. 10 with possession of methamphetamine.

Rebecca Anne Rankin was sentenced Nov. 12 to 90 days in jail, followed by a year’s probation for driving under the influence.

Rexana J. Siebert was formally charged Dec. 10 with domestic battery.

Jason Simmons pleaded no contest Nov. 26 to criminal trespass and was sentenced to a year’s probation.

Ben J. Thompson was formally charged Dec. 10 with domestic battery.

Douglas Unruh pleaded no contest Nov. 8 to two counts of aggravated endangering a child and criminal restraint. Sentencing will be at a later date.

Dale E. Wuthnow was sentenced Nov. 25 to five days in jail and a year’s supervised probation for driving under the influence.
