Rebekah Dawn Hurd formally was charged June 10 with distribution of or possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, forgery, possession of stolen property, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, attempting to elude a police officer, circumvention of an ignition interlock, transporting an open container of alcohol, two counts of failure to yield at a stop sign, driving on the left side of a highway, driving left in a no-passing zone, and invalid registration of a vehicle.

Steve Allen Katz was found guilty June 9 of battery. Sentencing will be later.

A charge of theft earlier filed against Jaime Bud Lambert was dismissed June 8.

Eric S. Lilak formally was charged June 8 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Sarah Malone formally was charged June 11 with possession of methamphetamine, interference with law enforcement, and driving while her license was canceled, suspended or revoked.

A bench warrant was issued June 10 for Marlon D. Murray for failing to appear in court.

Luis C. Perez’s probation was revoked May 28 and he was ordered to serve 40 days’ house arrest and pay $258.

Eric J. Williams formally was charged June 8 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia; fleeing a police officer; having no proof of insurance, driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked; driving with invalid registration; and failing to stop at a stop sign.
