Eddie A. Eaves formally was charged Nov. 9 with two counts of violation of a protection order.

Zachary T. Nickel was sentenced Oct. 26 to 18 months’ probation for attempted indecent liberties with a child and ordered to pay $358.

Leeann Donnell Hamilton pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to driving without a valid license and passing without sufficient clearance. The charge of driving without a valid license was dismissed and she was sentenced to 60 days probation for passing without sufficient clearance and ordered to pay $333.

Berretta P. Janzen’s probation for aggravated battery and domestic battery was revoked Nov. 2 and he was ordered to wear an ankle bracelet 45 days before his probation will be reinstated for 12 months.

Jeffrey A. Merrill pleaded guilty Sept. 16 to driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $183.

Laramie J. Siebert pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to circumvention of an ignition interlock device and failure to give notice of address or name change and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $418.

Ramon P. Taragno pleaded guilty Oct. 21 to speeding and was ordered to pay $81.

Denim M. Wasiel pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to forgery and theft. In a separate case, he pleaded no contest to disorderly conduct. Sentencing will be at a later date.
