Zachary A. Aldrete formally was charged Thursday with aggravated battery, failure to remain at the scene of an accident, reckless driving, unlawful racing on highways, speeding, stop sign violation, and conspiracy to unlawful racing on the highway.

Russell W. Johnson formally was charged Thursday with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

John A. Ottensmeier was sentenced Feb. 17 to a year’s probation and ordered to spend 48 hours in jail for driving under the influence. He was ordered to pay $1,263, of which $208 is restitution. He was ordered also to serve 25 hours community service.

Sarah Rimbey formally was charged Thursday with battery and disorderly conduct.

Abigail D. Schmidt formally was charged Thursday with aggravated battery, reckless driving, unlawful racing on highways, speeding, driving left of center, stop sign violation, and conspiracy to unlawful racing on the highway.

Michael A. Stultz formally was charged Friday with possession of stolen property and display of license plate not assigned to vehicle.

Eric J. Williams formally was charged Thursday with theft.
