Dimitri L. Dixon pleaded no contest Feb. 9 to driving under the influence and possession of marijuana. Charges of driving while license canceled, suspended, or revoked and transporting an open container of alcohol were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for March 22.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter formally was charged Thursday with violation of the offender registration act.

Jarred J. Weems was sentenced Feb. 9 to 12 months’ probation for three counts of giving a worthless check and ordered to pay $1,560.01, of which $342.01 is restitution.
