Joseph A. Biehler was sentenced March 22 to 18 months drug treatment for possession of methamphetamine and ordered to pay $1,741.36. On the same day he was sentenced to a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $258 for possession of tramadol. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Karen Fleischer appealed April 7 a March 3 conviction and sentence from Peabody Municipal Court. She was convicted on charges of assault, battery, and eluding police. She was ordered in Peabody Municipal Court to serve 180 days in jail and pay $665.
Jason M. Kirkby formally was charged April 7 with obstructing apprehension or prosecution, interference with law enforcement, and desecration.
Michael L. Kirkby formally was charged Thursday with obstructing apprehension or prosecution, interference with law enforcement, and desecration.
Michael S. Nelson formally was charged April 9 with violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act.
Shawntez Scroggins’ diversion for transporting an open bottle of alcohol was extended for the second time March 17.
