Shyenne N. Edwards formally was charged April 19 with possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Andrew Kelley was sentenced April 14 to 40 months in prison for violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act. He was ordered to pay $393.

Keila Cathleen Laughlin formally was charged April 19 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving without a valid driver’s license, and violating a stop sign.

Charges of criminal threat, criminal restraint, domestic battery, and theft earlier filed against Jeffrey R. Prafke were dismissed April 15.

Mark E. Sattler pleaded no contest April 12 to kidnaping, two counts of aggravated burglary, and two counts of criminal threat.

Laramie J. Siebert’s probation for circumvention of an ignition interlock device and failure to notify the division of motor vehicles of a change of address was revoked April 21 and he was ordered to wear an electronic monitoring device. In a separate case, Siebert awaits arraignment on charges of circumvention of an ignition interlock device, driving under the influence, and transportation of an open container of alcohol.

Brandon S. Toon formally was charged April 19 with traffic of contraband in a correctional facility, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, trespass, and criminal damage to property.
