Matthew L. Bice formally was charged May 27 with possession of marijuana, methamphetamine, stolen property, and drug paraphernalia.
Mary L. Friesen was sentenced April 21 to 48 hours in an intervention program to be followed by seven days’ house arrest with an ankle monitor and 12 months’ probation, and ordered to pay $1,418 for driving under the influence.
A bench warrant was issued May 24 for Kayla Summer Yvonne Gosnell after she failed to appear in court.
Steve A. Katz was sentenced May 24 to 18 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $758 for interference with law enforcement.
Patricia Miller formally was charged May 27 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Marcus A. Radke pleaded no contest April 24 to disorderly conduct and was sentenced to six months’ unsupervised probation.
Eric A. Wilcynski was convicted May 24 of theft.
Cyle L. Wilson filed an appeal May 25 to withdraw his no-contest pleas Dec. 11 pleas in five separate cases in which he was charged with burglary, two counts of criminal damage to property, three counts of possession of methamphetamine, and two counts of possession of stolen property. He also appealed his sentences to prison and community corrections.
