Spencer K. Hemmert pleaded no contest June 15 to driving under the influence. Charges of possession of amphetamine, running a stop sign, and driving with expired registration were dismissed.

Chris Lieder pleaded no contest June 16 to driving under the influence.

Dakota Lea Young formally was charged July 13 with aggravated indecent solicitation of a child.
