Cassandra L. Beisly formally was charged Aug. 10 with possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, not having proof of insurance, and not having valid registration.

Eddie J. Farner pleaded no contest June 16 to having no proof of insurance and was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $408. A charge of driving with his license canceled was dismissed.

Dewey Frisbee formally was charged Aug. 10 with interference with law enforcement.

Kenneth Grayson formally was charged Friday with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Andre B. Howard formally was charged Aug. 10 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Jamie B. Lambert formally was charged Aug. 10 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and interference with law enforcement.

Denise Louise Laughlin formally was charged Aug. 10 with theft. In a separate case filed the same day, she formally was charged with possession of methamphetamine, stolen property, and drug paraphernalia.

In two separate cases, Rexana Jo Siebert was formally charged Friday with two counts of battery against a law enforcement officer.

Robert P. Tingen formally was charged Aug. 10 with making a criminal threat and domestic battery.
