Nicholas A. Cleghorn pleaded no contest Nov. 15 to possession of MDMA and marijuana. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $599. Charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.

Janet M. Geren pleaded no contest Nov. 1 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Zachary Todd Nickel was sentenced Sept. 22 to 12 months’ probation for criminal deprivation of property.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 12 for Eduardo R. Ortiz after he failed to appear in court for preliminary hearing on charges of distribution of methamphetamine; possession of marijuana, a weapon, and drug paraphernalia; transporting liquor in an open container; and having no proof of insurance.

Christopher R. Wilson was sentenced Nov. 1 to 21 months in prison for burglary. In a second case, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison for possession of stolen property. In a third, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison and ordered to pay $538 for possession of stolen property. In a fourth case, he was sentenced to 10 months in prison and ordered to pay $538 for possession of stolen property. All sentences were ordered to run consecutively.
