Matthew L. Bice entered a plea agreement Jan. 14 in four cases filed against him. He pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine. In return, all other charges were dismissed. Dismissed charges include interference with law enforcement, two counts of possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance by using a telephone to obtain drugs, criminal possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, two additional counts of possession of methamphetamine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

Lisa M. Espinoza formally was charged Jan. 24 with criminal damage to property.

A bench warrant was issued Jan. 11 for Richard D. Hill after he failed to appear in court for arraignment in one case and first appearance in a second case.

A bench warrant was issued Jan. 13 for Tanner L. Jasper after he failed to appear in court for three cases filed against him.

Ashley B. Loomis formally was charged Jan. 26 with possession of stolen property.

Justin M. Loomis formally was charged Jan. 26 with two counts of criminal possession of a firearm. In a separate case filed the same day, he formally was charged with possession of stolen property.

Julia T. Nash’s $5,000 bond was ordered forfeited Jan. 3. The money will be held by the court clerk until charges of possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia are resolved.

Michael D. McCullough Jr formally was charged Jan. 24 with fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and speeding.

Georgio L. Washington pleaded no contest Jan. 11 to driving without a valid license.
