Zach S. Dvorak formally was charged Feb. 23 with making a criminal threat, three counts of battery on a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, and interference with a law enforcement officer.

Kordel L. Harding formally was charged Feb. 23 with possession of stolen property and criminal trespass.

Kara M. Holt was sentenced Feb. 8 to 18 months’ drug treatment and ordered to pay $1,958 for possession of methamphetamine.

Clayton T. Lingenfelter pleaded no contest Feb. 10 to aggravated violation of the Kansas offender registration act and criminal possession of a firearm. A second charge of aggravated violation of the Kansas offender registration act and two counts of violation of the Kansas offender registration act were dismissed. As part of his plea agreement, Lingenfelter agreed to pay $234 restitution.

Elizabeth M. Mitchell formally was charged Feb. 23 with domestic battery and making a criminal threat.

Kacey L. Nickel was sentenced Feb. 9 to 30 days house arrest wearing an ankle monitor and 12 months’ community corrections for driving under the influence and transporting an open container of alcohol. He was ordered to pay $1,663. Three charges of endangering a child were dismissed.

Ronald L. Pierce was sentenced Feb. 22 to 12 months’ community corrections for criminal trespass and ordered to pay $120 probation fee.
