Shannon L. Albright formally was charged March 16 with criminal possession of a firearm.

A bench warrant was issued Feb. 28 for Cassandra L. Beisly after she failed to appear in court.

Isreal R. Cardenas pleaded no contest Feb. 16 to driving without a valid driver’s license and was ordered to pay $208.

Jose J. Castillo entered a diversion agreement Feb. 18 on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, transportation of an open container of alcohol, following another vehicle too closely, and failure to drive in the right lane. He agreed to pay $1,378, complete an alcohol evaluation, and perform 30 hours of community service.

A bench warrant was issued March 14 for Andre B. Howard after he failed to appear in court for sentencing.

Darrel J. Shepherd pleaded no contest Feb. 22 to violation of a protection order and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $118.

Brenda S. Phillips was sentenced Feb. 28 to a year’s probation for possession of methamphetamine. She was ordered to pay $865.
