Zachary M. Burwell formally was charged Friday with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and battery.

Tyler Craft formally was charged Friday with domestic battery.

A bench warrant was issued March 17 for April N. Fore after she failed to appear in court.

Jacob A. Gentzler entered a one-year diversion agreement March 16 on a charge of domestic battery. He agreed to pay $628.

Kayla S. Gosnell was sentenced March 14 to drug treatment and ordered to pay $953 for possession of methamphetamine.

Antonio L. Munoz pleaded guilty March 10 to driving without a valid driver’s license and ordered to pay $308.

Michael S. Newman pleaded guilty March 21 to two counts of violation of a protective order. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $265.

Carey E. Penrod was sentenced March 14 to 18 months’ probation for counterfeiting currency.

Nathan A. Porter pleaded no contest March 16 to domestic battery and criminal threat. A charge of aggravated burglary was dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

A bench warrant was issued March 18 for Arnetta D. Thomas after she failed to appear in court.

Robert D. Thomas pleaded no contest Feb. 28 to possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $417.

Kimberley Vanderzanden formally was charged March 25 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued March 22 for Eric J. Williams after he failed to appear in court.

Willie J. Young pleaded no contest March 14 to possession of methamphetamine and driving under the influence. Charges of driving while his license was suspended or revoked, possession of drug paraphernalia, having no proof of insurance, and failing to maintain a driving lane were dismissed.
