Dvorak pleaded no contest May 4 to driving under the influence, two counts of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, interference with law enforcement, driving with invalid registration, assault, and three counts of battery against a law enforcement officer. Dismissed were charges of criminal damage to property and interference with law enforcement. He agreed to pay Marion Police Department $2,310.26 for damage to a patrol car during his arrest. The charges were filed in three cases against Dvorak. Sentencing is scheduled for June 6.
Tory R. Elkins formally was charged May 11 with possession of methamphetamine, heroin, morphine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
