Jaclyn K. Anderson formally was charged Tuesday with three counts of harassment by telephone.

Samuel J. Butler, 19, Hillsboro, formally was charged Sept. 7 with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of alcohol by a minor, speeding, and running a stop sign.

Rexana J. Siebert formally was charged Friday with battery against a law enforcement officer.

Former Peabody police officer Chad L. Voth formally was charged Friday with possession of a firearm while under the influence. Voth was a part-time Peabody police officer on duty with the firearm in his possession Aug. 25. He also was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, but a DUI charge will not be filed.
