Kassandra K. Allen, 28, Burlington, was sentenced Oct. 24 to 12 months’ community corrections and ordered to pay $1,493 for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer and speeding.

Bradley R. Billinger, 43, Hillsboro, formally was charged Friday with theft.

Ezekiel D. Castleman, 25, El Dorado, formally was charged Friday with criminal damage to property.

Tyler Craft, 28, Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to domestic battery. Sentencing will be later. On the same day, charges of domestic battery and criminal damage to property filed in a separate case were dismissed.

Sandoval Cruz formally was charged Friday with driving without a valid driver’s license and transporting an open container of alcohol.

Amanda L. Davis 45, Marion, pleaded no contest Oct. 25 to possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. A charge of using a telephone to distribute methamphetamine was dismissed. Sentencing will be later.

Eddie A. Eaves, 39, McPherson, formally was charged Nov. 1 with violation of a protection order.

Cody R. Harrison, 39, Newton, pleaded no contest Oct. 21 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 218 days in jail, with 238 days credit for time already served, and ordered to pay $303.

Brandy M. Layden, 37, Albuquerque, New Mexico, pleaded no contest Oct. 17 to possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was sentenced to six months’ probation and ordered to pay $303. A charge of possession of methamphetamine was dismissed.

Brent N. Potocnik, 34, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest Oct. 24 to an amended charge of battery and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered to pay $218. His original charge was domestic battery.
