Charges against Doulton E. Bacchus were amended for technical reasons Nov. 14 from a citation alleging transportation of liquor in an open container and possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor to a criminal complaint.

Charges against Ethan Barnes were amended for technical reasons Nov. 14 from a citation alleging transportation of liquor in an open container, possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor and speeding to a criminal complaint.

Matthew L. Bice, 38, Newton, formally was charged Nov. 18 with possession of methamphetamine and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked.

A charge of domestic battery earlier filed against Gerald D. Brooks, 57, Hillsboro, was dismissed Nov. 15.

Jordan L. Fryhover, 24, Hillsboro, formally was charged Nov. 18 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Mark W. Gipson, 59, Wichita, pleaded no contest Nov. 8 to possession of methamphetamine. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, driving with no proof of insurance, and driving a vehicle without tail lamps were dismissed.

Charges against Natalie F. Goodman were amended for technical reasons Nov. 14 from a citation alleging possession or consumption of alcoholic beverage by a minor to a criminal complaint.

Bryan D. Higgins, 37, Stillwell, Oklahoma, formerly of Marion, formally was charged Nov. 17 with violation of the offender registration act.

Tommy E. McBride, 41, Florence, formally was charged Nov. 16 with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A bench warrant was issued Nov. 9 for Andre D. Nelson, 24, Jacksonville, Florida, after he failed to appear in court.

Ephraim Palacio, 29, Wichita pleaded no contest Nov. 8 to possession of methamphetamine and endangering a child. Charges of distribution of methamphetamine, aggravated endangering a child, possession of THC, and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed as part of his plea agreement.

William R. Shearer, 40, Florence pleaded no contest Nov. 3 to possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was suspended. Charges of possession of methamphetamine, endangering a child, transportation of an open container of liquor, and dri8ving while his license was suspended filed in a separate case were dismissed.

Michael D. Rindt, 54, Lyndon, formally was charged Nov. 14 with possession of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia, and criminal trespass.
