Paul F. Baatrup, 22, Marion, formally was charged April 25 with violation of offender registration act.

Bradley R. Billinger, 43, Hillsboro, pleaded no contest April 10 to domestic battery and forgery. A charge of theft and two counts each of driving a vehicle with an improper license plate, without proper registration, and without proof of insurance were dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for June 14.

David E. Delgado, 25, Wichita, formally was charged April 24 with possession of Xanax and driving without a valid license or registration.

A bench warrant was issued April 21 for Angela D. Newfield after she failed to appear in court.

Riley D. Hicks, 19, Canton, formally was charged Wednesday with theft.

A bench warrant was issued April 24 for Diviontae R. Scott-Henderson after he failed to appear in court.

Daniel L. Swiney formally was charged Friday with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and driving while his license was canceled or revoked, with no proof of insurance, and with invalid registration.

Dasan Z. Wallace, 24, Salina, pleaded no contest April 19 to domestic battery. Sentencing is scheduled for May 3.

A bench warrant was issued April 19 for Sherry A. Washburn, 55, Wichita, after she failed to appear in court.

Wade A. Wendt, 31, Burdick, pleaded no contest April 3 to possession of methamphetamine. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed. Sentencing is scheduled for May 5.
