A bench warrant was issued Sept. 9 for Matthew L. Bice for failure to appear in court.

David R. Dearring, 56, Ramona, formally was charged Sept. 14 with possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, driving a car with a license plate not assigned to the vehicle, and driving in violation of restrictions on his license.

Richard A. Ferran, 43, Peabody, pleaded no contest July 13 to driving in violation of his license restrictions and was sentenced to pay $263. His license was suspended for six months.

Kathryn L. Gill formally charged Sept. 14 with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and speeding.

Robin J. Hays, 45, Florence, formally was charged Sept. 14 with criminal use of a financial card.

Delane K. Kellogg, 55, Burns, formally was charged Sept. 12 with aggravated battery.

Charges of distribution of heroin, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance using a communication facility, distribution of certain drug precursors, and driving without a valid driver’s license earlier filed against Marques D. Morris, 38, Wichita, were dismissed Aug. 16.

A bench warrant was issued Aug. 11 for Monique D. Trigg, 30, Wichita, after she failed to appear in court.

Corinthia C. Wood, 37, Florence, formally was charged Sept. 14 with trespassing.
