Jay R. Gfeller entered a diversion agreement Sept. 12 on a charge of domestic battery. He was ordered to pay $528, complete a domestic violence assessment, and serve 48 hours of community service.

Charges of violating an order of protection from stalking filed Jan. 4 against Darin L. Hill, 54, Ramona, was dismissed Sept. 21 because the primary offense took place in Reno County.

Jacob V. Jirak was ordered Aug. 16 to pay a ticket for failure to wear a seat belt.

Amanda M. Radke, 42, Ramona, was sentenced Sept. 12 to 12 months’ probation and ordered to pay $558 for possession of methamphetamine.

Clifton L. Richmond, 37, Marion, was sentenced Sept. 13 to two years’ probation and ordered to pay $213 for burglary.

A bench warrant was issued Sept. 18 for Tyler J. Slater, 33, Peabody, after he failed to appear in court.

Tony Smith, 66, Wichita, pleaded no contest Sept. 17 to theft.

In three cases, Brandon S. Toon, 30, Florence, was sentenced July 17 to 18 months’ probation for attempted trafficking of contraband in a correctional facility and two sentences for up to 18 months’ drug treatment for possession of methamphetamine. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.
