Eric J. Armstrong, 40, Auburn, Nebraska, was sentenced Feb. 5 to community corrections for possession of methamphetamine. No document showing the length of community corrections was filed.
Taylor R. Gutierez, 31, Wichita, formally was charged March 20 with possession of cocaine, methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and alprazolam; interference with law enforcement; driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; and improper driving on a laned roadway.
Calvin W. Lee, 51, Lost Springs, was sentenced Jan. 22 to probation for domestic battery and violation of a protective order. No document showing the length of his probation was filed.
Tyler M. Regier, 30, McPherson, pleaded no contest Jan. 25 to possession of mushrooms and was ordered to pay $603. Charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia were dismissed.
Clifton L. Richmond, 38, Marion, was sentenced Feb. 14 to community corrections for criminal damage to property. On the same day, he was sentenced to community corrections for battery in a different case and, in a third case, to community corrections for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving while his license was canceled, suspended, or revoked in a third case. No document showing the length of his community corrections in any of the three cases was filed.
Shane R. Ringle, 36, Herington, pleaded no contest Feb. 13 to theft and was sentenced to a year’s probation.
Charges of domestic battery and assault filed Oct. 19 against Kalleigh Saenz were dismissed March 14.
Lauren R. Wolf, 39, Peabody, was sentenced Feb. 14 to community corrections for burglary, three counts of criminal damage to property, and theft. No document showing the length of her community corrections was filed.
