James R.A. McColl, 51, Lehigh, formally was charged Thursday with making a criminal threat and domestic battery.

Jonathan M. Medina, no age and hometown listed on jail records, formally was charged Monday with two counts of involuntary manslaughter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Sara J.N. Miller, 37, Hillsboro, was sentenced Jan. 10 to 48 hours in jail and a year’s community corrections and ordered to pay $750 for possession of THC and driving under the influence of drugs.

Amy D. Stutzman, 51, Arkansas City, pleaded no contest Jan. 23 to misdemeanor battery. She originally was charged with child abuse.
