Terri Tucker, Peabody, was convicted March 5 of three counts of dog at large and possession of a vicious dog and was sentenced to a year’s probation and ordered not to possess dogs in Peabody.

Todd Michael Beneke 33, Marion, was sentenced March 5 to 18 months’ community correction for criminal possession of a firearm.

Andrew Logan Meier, 23, Lehigh, was sentenced March 5 to a year’s community corrections for criminal possession of a firearm and ordered to pay $193 court costs, $120 probation fee, $200 DNA fee, $200 attorney fees, $45 booking fee, and $100 application for appointed services fee.

Robert E. Findley, 31, Peabody, pleaded guilty March 5 to theft and theft of a firearm. Dismissed were charges of burglary of a vehicle for theft of a firearm, deprivation of a motor vehicle, and criminal deprivation of a motor vehicle.

Christina R. Greany, Hillsboro, waived preliminary hearing March 7 and was bound over for trial on four counts of identity theft.

Jamie Irene Stumpf, Shakopee, Minnesota, was formally charged March 15 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Casey N. Barber-Pohlman was formally charged March 15 with giving a worthless check.

Ian Fox Martin, Siren, Wisconsin, was formally charged March 15 with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper display of license plate.

Aurora Salamone, Florence, was formally charged March 16 with interference with law enforcement.

Michael Langord Drummond, Kansas City, Missouri, was formally charged March 16 with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Steve A. Kahn, 58, Hillsboro, pleaded guilty March 14 to three counts of sexual exploitation of a child. As part of a plea agreement, the prosecution will request community corrections. Dismissed were two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, five counts of promoting obscenity to a child, and violation of a protective order.

Layne Elliott Nienstedt’s diversion agreement on a charge of domestic battery was extended six months Feb. 26.

Shawn Stahlheber’s probation for domestic battery was reinstated for 12 months Feb. 5 and he was ordered to serve one weekend a month in jail for five months.

Alicia Marie Tabares pleaded no contest Feb. 14 to possession of morphine. Dismissed were charges of traffic of contraband in a correction facility, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
