The following information has been filed in criminal division of Marion County District Court:
Kevin L. Clegg, preliminary at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 23.
Terry Scheuerman, status hearing at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 13.
Zach Jost, two counts of criminal damage to property less than $1,000; sentenced to a controlling sentence of six months for each count, to be concurrent, in the custody of the sheriff, placed on immediate supervised probation for one year, shall complete 20 hours of community service, write a letter of apology to the victim, and pay court costs of $138, surcharge of $10, probation fee of $25, and restitution of $2,035.67.
Mario J. Corona, attempted theft value less than $1,000, improper driving on laned roadway; sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days in the custody of the Marion County Sheriff, for Count one, placed on immediate supervised probation for a period of 12 months, pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, and restitution of $2,183.73.
Michael Jon Jakabosky Jr., assault, unlawfully hosting minors, liquor or CMB; sentenced to a controlling sentence of 30 days in the custody of sheriff, placed on immediate supervised probation for a period of 12 months, to pay court costs of $276, a surcharge of $20, a BIDS fee of $100, probation fee of $25, fine of $1,000, and court-appointed attorney fees. Defendant to work off $900 of the fine by community service work at $7 an hour.
Jason Leroy Bernhardt, harassment by telephone; sentenced the defendant to a controlling sentence of 90 days in the custody of the sheriff, ordered to serve five consecutive days in the custody of the sheriff, to be completed within 30 days, placed on immediate supervised probation for a period of one year, shall have no contact with victim, pay court costs of $137, probation fee of $25, booking fee of $45, and court-appointed attorney fees.
