At the annual state realtors convention last week, Delores Dalke of the Real Estate Center in Hillsboro received the Kansas Association of Realtors Distinguished Service Award.
Dalke is a past president of the KAR and was named the KAR Realtor of the Year in 2005. She has chaired numerous committees within the association and continues to serve on the KAR board of directors.
“Delores has done more for the state association than almost anyone I can think of,” said Jamie Holt, 2011 president of the KAR. “She continues to lead by example and is a terrific role model for the presidents who are following in her footsteps.”
At the local level, Dalke was one of the founding members of the Marion County Board of Realtors and assisted with enlarging that board to become the Flint Hills Board of Realtors. She also has served as president of the local board.
