Members of the Irvin Dirks family were hosts for the annual Isaac Dirks family reunion Sunday at the Hillsboro Senior Center. Those that attended included Larry and Wanda Koehn, Darrel and Donita Rhodes, and Harry and Sheryle Rhodes.
Grandsons of Roy and Nadine Davis were their houseguests Friday evening to Sunday.
Katelin Hendricks, Jayden Wango, and Sarah Unruh came to Unruh farms Tuesday after work to take part in harvest activities.
Visitors in the Ransom Wiebe home Friday evening were Merlin and Karletta Wiebe.
Sunday dinner guests in the home of Doyle and Kara Wiebe were Clayton and Betty Wiebe, Mike and Mich Rhodes and family, and Raymond and Ethelene Unruh of Bradley, Arkansas.
Larry and Wanda Koehn were hosts for a family supper Thursday. Guests were Travis and Sharon Koehn and family, Tim and Shelia Koehn and family, Dalton and Lorna Wiebe and family, Titus and Chelsea Koehn, and Amy Koehn.
Madeline Jantz, mother of Vince Jantz, died Saturday. Memorial services will be today at Lone Tree Church near Canton. Madeline and her husband, Harvey, were long time residents of this community.
Barb Unruh, accompanied by Katelin Hendricks and Jayden, attended the 21st Abraham and Sarah Stutzman reunion over the weekend at Freemont, Nebraska. Abe and Sarah were Barb’s grandparents.
Lisa Enns of Seattle, Washington, who works for a Consultant Firm that does planning for bike share programs, was in Lawrence this past week presenting seminars and workshops. She spent Friday and Saturday with her parents Jim and Brenda, and combine. Guests visiting with Lisa on Saturday evening were Ron and Dora Unruh, Mark Unruh, Warren and Anita Unruh, Kyle and Jenna, the David Enns family, and Darren and Corina Enns.
