Disc golf tourney planned

 Sponsors have organized an “Early Spring Flex and Fling” disc golf tournament March 25 at Peabody City Park.

An hourlong $10 disc golf clinic starts at 10:30 a.m. The first 25 to register will receive two discs.

The tournament starts at noon. Each game needs at least three people. The cost to enter is $25 per person.

The cost to play twice in a nine-hole optional game is $5. Winners will collect a jackpot.

The event is sponsored by Peabody Fall Festival, Peabody-Burns Recreation, and Duck’s Flying Disc.
