Duane Sheridan

Duane R. Sheridan, 83, of Peabody died Dec. 24 at Newton Medical Center. He was a retired Boeing tool and die maker.

He was a life member of Andover American Legion Post No. 406 and a charter member of Grace Lutheran Church in Andover. He became a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church, Marion, after moving to Peabody. He served in the U.S. Army from 1951 to 1953.

He is survived by his wife, Ruth Sheridan of Peabody; and a son, Randy of Augusta. He was preceded in death by his parents, Delmer and Nannie Sheridan; and a son, John.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Baker Funeral Home, Peabody, is handling arrangements.
