Nov. 20

8:12 a.m. — Marion ambulance provided emergency transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

12:14 p.m. — Hillsboro ambulance transported a man in his 90s with a possible stroke in the 100 block of East B Street to Hillsboro Community Hospital.

6:45 p.m. — Lincolnville Fire Department responded to Agri Producers Inc. for a chemical leak. The leak was sealed at 7:18 p.m.

Nov. 21

8:14 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of South Thorp for a woman in her 80s feeling sick to her stomach and dizzy after having high blood pressure all night. No transport was provided.

12:34 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman in her 80s who wasn’t feeling well in the 1500 block of East Lawrence Street to St. Luke Hospital.

4:05 p.m. — Marion ambulance provided a transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Kansas Heart Hospital.

7:02 p.m. Hillsboro ambulance and Goessel first responders transported a woman in her 80s who had fallen and was complaining of hip and shoulder pain from Bethesda Home to Newton Medical Center.

Thursday

3:02 a.m. — Peabody ambulance transported a patient with a prolonged nosebleed from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

10:38 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman who fell down the stairs of the Marion City Building and possibly broke her hip to St. Luke Hospital.

12:07 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

Friday

8:05 a.m. — Both Marion ambulances, Marion Fire Department, Marion rescue, and Lifeteam air ambulance were called to Sunflower Road south of Marion for a one-car accident. There were two people in the car, and both were out walking around when the first firefighters arrived on the scene. The second ambulance and Lifeteam were canceled. There was no transport from the accident.

8:29 a.m. — Marion ambulance transported a man with neck and leg pain and weakness in the 1600 block of 190th Road to St. Luke Hospital.

10:37 a.m. — Marion ambulance provided emergency transport of a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

4:28 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported someone in the 300 block of North Cedar Street to St. Luke Hospital.

6:47 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman in her 70s who had fallen in the 1500 block of East Main Street to St. Luke Hospital.

Saturday

8:16 p.m. — Marion ambulance transported a woman in her 60s with a possible stroke from the 000 block of Backbay Court to St. Luke Hospital.

10:32 p.m. — Peabody ambulance transferred a fall victim in her 80s from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

Sunday

10:24 a.m. — Marion ambulance responded to the 200 block of North 2nd Street for a possible death of a woman in her 90s. Radio transmissions were unclear of the result of the call.

12:01 p.m. — Tampa ambulance and Marion ambulance responded to the 300 block of C Street in Ramona for two victims of a domestic disturbance. Marion ambulance was canceled. No transport was made.

6:34 p.m. — Goessel first response and Hillsboro ambulance responded to a car accident at 150th Road and K-15 for a patient with neck pain. The patient was transported to Newton Medical Center.

Monday

7:22 a.m. — Hillsboro ambulance responded to the 2200 block of Kanza Road for a teenage girl who suffered a seizure. The seizure was over when the call was made. No transport was made, but Hillsboro ambulance notified Hillsboro Community Hospital the patient would be coming in.

9:08 a.m. — Marion ambulance provided an emergency transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Newton Medical Center.

11:23 a.m. — Peabody ambulance transported a patient from Peabody Care Center to Newton Medical Center.

12:29 p.m. — Florence Fire Department responded to Town and Country restaurant for a pickup truck on fire. The fire was extinguished by 1:20 p.m.

1:40 p.m. — Marion ambulance provided emergency transfer of a patient from St. Luke Hospital to Wesley ER.

2:41 p.m. — Florence ambulance was called to the 300 block of North Franklin in Burns for a man in 70s with weakness and pain in his lower back. Florence ambulance didn’t have a full crew available, so Peabody ambulance was called to the scene and transported the patient to Newton Medical Center.

7:27 p.m. — Marion ambulance provided a transfer from St. Luke Hospital to Wesley Medical Center.
