Rinda Duerksen and Nathan Amstutz, both of Goessel, announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

Parents of the couple are Doug and Lisa Duerksen of Goessel and Deryll and Jan Amstutz of rural Hillsboro.

The bride-elect will graduate in May from Goessel High School. She is employed as a certified nurse aide at Bethesda Home of Goessel.

Her fiancé is a 2007 graduate of Goessel High School and is employed as a service technician at Main Street Station in Goessel.

The couple plans to marry June 27 at First Mennonite Church in Hillsboro.
