Couple announces wedding plans

Jo O’Dell and Michael O’Dell, both of Marion, announce the engagement of their daughter, Caitlin Quinn O’Dell, to Jacob Anthony Adkins, son of Dennis and Terri Adkins of Marion.

Grandparents of the couple are Delano and Barbara O’Dell of Florence, and Norman and Vivian Mueller of Hillsboro.

Great-grandparents are Thelma O’Dell of Florence, Barbara Adkins of Emporia and the late Bob Adkins, and Sam and Marylou Wagoner of Emporia.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Marion High School and will graduate in May 2009 from Research College of Nursing, Kansas City, Mo.

Her fiancé is a 2003 graduate of Marion High School and a 2005 graduate of Pratt Community College. He is employed at Westar Energy of Manhattan.

An outdoor wedding is planned June 6, at Strong City.
