Parents announce daughter’s engagement

Dale and Lisa Mayfield of Hillsboro announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauryn Nicole Mayfield, to Corey Michael Unruh both of McPherson. Rick and Lori Unruh of McPherson are Corey’s parents.

Grandparents are Karon Hess of Marion and the late Don Hess and the late Don and Janice Mayfield; Pat Brauer of McPherson and the late Richard Brauer, and Bob and Donna Unruh of McPherson.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Eric Fisher Academy, Wichita. She is employed at Illusions in McPherson.

Her fiancé is a graduate of McPherson High School and is employed as a firefighter/emergency medical technician with McPherson Fire Department.

A wedding is planned for Jan. 15 in McPherson.
