Kyle Epp and Charlotte Silhan, both of Hillsboro, competed in the 4-year-old division of the National Pedal Pull Competition Saturday in Mitchell, South Dakota.

Epp got third place and a trophy in the boys division. Silhan Silhan finished mid pack for the girls.

Roughly 30 kids competed in each division.
