Esther Ollenburger, 97, died Sept. 13, 2008, at Parkside Homes, Hillsboro.

Born March 27, 1911, at Turpin, Okla., she was the daughter of Brenhard and Margaret (Jantzen) Wiens.

On March 25, 1934, she married Edwin C. Ollenburger at Hooker, Okla.

She was a member of Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and daughter, Elvera Fox.

Survivors include a son, Ben of Elkhart, Ind.; daughter, Rosalie Nickel of Fresno, Calif.; sister, Rubena Wiebe of Hillsboro; six grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were conducted this morning (Wednesday) at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church with Pastor Dave Plett officiating. Burial was in Hillsboro MB Cemetery.

A memorial fund has been established with Mennonite Brethren Missions and Services.
