FFA scholarships awarded

Goessel FFA adviser John Bergin received a $1,000 scholarship from Midwest Ford Dealers to attend the Washington Leadership Conference this summer in Washington, D.C.

He received the scholarship at the 83rd Kansas FFA Convention this week.

Area students receiving scholarships at the convention were Brian Burhoop, Centre FFA, $1,000 Cargill Community Scholarship Program; and Ethan Frantz and Taylor Nikkel, Hillsboro FFA, $1,000 each, Cargill Community Scholarship and Ford Trucks/Built Ford Tough, respectively.
