Frannie Rempel, 87, died March 31 at Parkside Homes in Hillsboro.

A funeral service was Saturday at Trinity Mennonite Church in Hillsboro. Interment was prior to the service Saturday at Haven of Rest Cemetery, rural Hillsboro.

She was born Nov. 21, 1927, to Chester and Susie (Smith) Siebert at Larned.

Survivors include sons, Bruce Rempel and Steve Rempel, both of Newton; daughters, Debby Rempel of Wichita, and Nancy (Kenton) Kaufman of Walton; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; step brothers, Howard Delaplane of Ames, Oklahoma, and Bob Delaplane of Sweden.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Rempel, and a son, Michael Rempel.

Memorials are requested for Trinity Mennonite Church or Parkside Homes.
