Free food coming in May

Free government commodities will be distributed next month instead of this month.

Residents qualify if they have monthly household income of less than $1,396 plus $492 for each additional household member after the first.

Items will be available first come, first served by community:

May 18

• Burns — Community center, morning.
• Goessel — Mennonite church, 5 p.m.
• Lincolnville — Community center, 10:30 to 11 a.m.
• Lost Spring — Marion senior center, 11 a.m.
• Marion — Senior center, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• Peabody — Senior center, 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Ramona — Community center, morning.
• Tampa — Senior center, 3 to 4 p.m.

May 19

• Florence — Senior center, 9 to 11 a.m.

May 21

• Durham, Hillsboro, and Lehigh — Main Street Ministries in Hillsboro, 9 a.m. to noon.
