Ron Weidner of Huron, South Dakota, is the first recipient of $5,000 to give away to the ministry of his choosing in the MB Foundation Giving Challenge.

“I am very excited to be able to continue to bless others with this unexpected gift,” Weidner said.

Weinder’s story stated that Weidner would remove snow from neighbor’s driveways for no payment, and encouraged them to “pass on any amount they desired to someone that God put in their path that might need a blessing.”

Entries of stories of generosity may be submitted to www.mbfoundation.com/givingchallenge. The challenge will continue through April.
