The October meeting of Goessel Goal Getters 4-H included information about the achievement banquet, which will be at 6 p.m. Nov. 4 at Park View Church.

The program for the meeting introduced the theme for the year: Building 4-H. In that theme, officers built a tool box together to demonstrate how club members need to work together to build 4-H.

New officers were installed, including President Jessie Perry, Vice President Matthew Regier, Secretary Mikayla Lare, Treasurer Jack Dailey, and Reporters Ethan Dailey and Madeline Meyer.

The next club meeting will be Nov. 7.

Several new families joined 4-H this year.

The club needs project leaders for several areas and is encouraging parents to volunteer. Members need to sign up for project talks and be involved with activities such as selling concessions during middle school basketball games, because many of the older members either play basketball or have other activities they must attend.
