The annual Hillsboro Chamber of Commerce dinner will be held at 6:45 p.m. Jan. 25 at Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Church.

Doors will open at 6:15 p.m., with a silent auction prior to dinner.

Dinner will be $25 a plate, and will include baron of beef, cheesy hash browns, strawberry and pecan spinach salad, cranberry and almond green beans, and dessert.

Businesses may decorate a table for $25, and donations of items for the silent auction are being accepted.

The event will also include a presentation by Donald Blakeslee titled “Kansas BC,” which will look at Kansas in the era before Columbus.
