Hillsboro conducting recycling survey

The City of Hillsboro is conducting a trash and recycling survey.  Hillsboro trash customers are requested to visit city hall between Nov. 12 and 17 to determine what size of trash and recycling cart best fits household needs.  Carts are on display at city hall with information.
