Every month the faculty and staff of Hillsboro High School recognize one boy and one girl as students of the month. The students of the month for April are Jared Dyck and Molly Wiebe.

Dyck is active in FFA, Ebenfeld Mennonite Brethren Youth, and South Cottonwood 4-H Club. He enjoys fishing, hunting, and trapping. He works during harvest, driving a grain cart.

He plans to attend college but is undecided on a major. Justin and Gail Dyck are his parents.

Wiebe is active in LEOs, has participated in fall musicals and spring plays, is active in Hillsboro Mennonite Brethren Youth, choir, Spirit-N-Celebration, and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

She enjoys reading and watching movies, and she works part-time at Parkside Homes. She plans to study social work and psychology at Tabor College. Hank and Lynn Wiebe are her parents.
