Nov. 11: A domestic dispute was reported in the 300 block of South Ash Street.

Nov. 13: A vandalism complaint was reported at Park Avenue; a person reported someone vandalized his porch decorations. Officers responded to a child custody concern in the 400 block of West Grand Avenue. A person in the 100 block of South Wilson Street reported receiving a scam phone call. Officers responded to a person needing mental health care in the 400 block of North Ash Street; the person was taken to a facility.

Nov. 14: A gas skip was reported in the 300 block of North Ash Street.

Nov. 15: A person reported receiving a scam phone call from outside the country; the suspect said a family member had been arrested in another country. A person reported receiving a scam letter stating she owed money for a bad check from 12 years ago.

Nov. 16: A vandalism complaint was filed in the 300 block of North Ash Street. Officers mediated a landlord and tenant dispute in the 200 block of West Grand Avenue. A harassment complaint was reported in the 200 block of South Madison Street. A domestic dispute was reported in the 700 block of West Grand Avenue. A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of West Grand Avenue. An out-of-control person was reported in the 700 block of West Grand; a person was witnessed removing his clothing and banging on residences in the area; the person was located and transported to the hospital.

Nov. 17: A possible forced entry was reported in progress in the 700 block of West Grand; the officers located the owner who was forcing entry into his own residence.
