March 28: Officers assisted city utilities with shut off.

March 29: A domestic disturbance was reported in the 700 block of South Washington Street.

March 30: A person in the 500 block of East 1st Street reported that two dogs at large attacked his dog; the same dogs were reported having attacked another dog; citations were issued; the owner of the injured animal was also warned for disorderly conduct. Criminal threat was reported in the 100 block of South Ash Street. A harassment complaint was reported in the 700 block of South Washington Street.
