EXPANDED EULOGIES

Gaylord Hamm

Services for Gaylord W. Hamm, 98, who died Thursday at Hillsboro Community Hospital, were 10:30 a.m. Monday at Durham Baptist Church.Interment was in Durham Park cemetery in rural Durham.

Born Sept. 23, 1922, north of Durham on the family farm to William and Leah (Schuber) Hamm, he married Valera Graves on Oct. 1, 1948. He worked as a farmer-rancher and school bus driver.

Survivors include wife Valera Hamm of Durham, son James G. Hamm of rural Tampa, daughters Bonnie J. Winter of Silver Lake and Barbara F. Williams of Glenpool, Oklahoma; brother Gus Hamm of Hillsboro; sisters Arlene Pankratz of Hillsboro and Marcella Mohn of Hillsboro; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

A memorial has been established with the church.
